When will I receive my Vance Global Package?
We pride ourselves having all packages shipped out of our Fulfillment Center same day or 1 day from your payment processing successfully.

Vance Global Package arrival depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout and location:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
- USPS First Class Mail: 1-5 Business Days
- USPS First Class Mail International: 5-15 Business Days
We offer free shipping for orders in the United States and they will be sent using USPS First Class shipping. If you want to receive your package sooner, you have the option of paying for USPS Priority Mail at checkout.
We ship to all countries in the world, fill out a contact form with your address and we will quote your shipping fee.
Depending on where you are located, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. A confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date, once your package ships.
I paid for priority shipping but it's been 2 days and my package hasn't arrived!
We need 1 business day to process your order. Once that has happened, it will hopefully arrive within two additional business days. The USPS has been known to regularly stretch this to 3-4 business days on occasion.
It says my order has been delivered, but I don't see it!
The USPS tracking system will often list a package as "delivered" for multiple days before it actually arrives, so you should probably give it another day or two. If you still don't see it, please reach out to the USPS, as they'll give you more information than we will obtain. You can reach them at 800-ASK-USPS. Then stay in touch, and let us know what happens!
Do you ship outside the United States and Canada?
Currently, we do ship internationally. However we are not responsible for any country's customs, shipping procedures or regulations, when you place an international order with us you accept the full risk and responsibility. Select your country when checking out to see the shipping rates. Please notify us via contact form if your country doesn't have a shipping rate calculated, so we can give you a quote.
Shipping times vary depending on country and customs. If shipped out of the country, we are not responsible for any packages not being delivered or being confiscated. Out of country customers are responsible for any applied fees by customs or any other agency if applicable.
How do I get wholesale pricing, drop shipping, or white labeling?

What is CBD?
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is a cannabis compound that is widely used as a health supplement. The human endocannabinoid system responds positively to CBD, so people who use CBD supplements may experience an enhanced quality of life. Because CBD is not significantly psychoactive, it can be used by anyone, whether or not they have a medical marijuana recommendation.
Is CBD legal?
Yes. Hemp-derived CBD products such as ours are legal in the United States.
Do Vance Global products contain THC?
Our hemp flower products contain 0.0% delta-9 THC (the psychoactive compound found in the type of cannabis one might smoke). Link to Lab Tests
What is the percentage of CBD in your product?
The percentage of CBD varies by product. The CBD % for the full flavor buds is 13.7%. You can check out the percentages on our lab test results page.
What are the "Organic Herbs"?
The ingredients change based on the blend that you purchase. Our All Natural Blends contain Organic Hemp and Organic Lavender Herbs.
What are the effects of Organic Lavender Herb?
There are many benefits of lavender particularly boosting skin healing, eliminating microbes, improving blood circulation, pain relief, and relieving respiratory disorders. Consult with your doctor before smoking your Vance Global products.
What are the filters made of?
Each filter or cigarette butt as some refer it as, is made of broken down wood fibers. They are designed with high air flow which means you receive all the benefits your body needs from the CBD cigarette AND it is a biodegradable product. Each filter breaks down in about 17 days so you know you are not polluting the Earth with these environmentally friendly little guys!
Do (CBD) and other natural hemp-based constituents show up on a drug test?
Most drug screens and tests for the metabolites your body makes when consuming Delta 9 THC and do not detect the presence of cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp-based constituents. While our products contain 0.0% delta-9 THC, they are not THC free. Studies have shown that consuming hemp with low THCa can cause one to fail a drug test if a large amount is consumed. Since there are many variables such as how much one consumed, the number of fluids consumed, the amount of time from the last use to the test, the levels of THC in the product, and the metabolism of the consumer, we cannot answer this question for each person as there are too many variables. Please be aware that hemp flower companies are only required to disclose the delta-9 THC level on their packaging, so if it says 0% THC, you should look at their lab tests for the THCa level.
If you are getting tested we suggest you try a THCa free CBD product such as broad-spectrum vapes or broad-spectrum oil. Unless otherwise noted, all our products contain small trace amounts of THCa.
What is your filter made of?
Our filter for the Hemp Vances consists of broken down wood fibers known as a micropore cellulose matrix (synthetic cellulose acetate) wrapped in a hemp paper.
What’s the best way for me to use CBD products?
CBD products are available in many different forms. While only you know which ones will work best for your needs, our goal is to provide you with a quality product and a forum where you can read reviews and compare our product to that of any others, helping you to make the best decision for yourself.
Is it safe to take CBD with the medicine or supplements that I use?
Please refer to your doctor or health care provider for any questions about the safety of our products for you to insure a quality answer. If you use prescription medications, take supplements or have underlying health conditions that cause concern, check with a health care provider to make sure that our CBD pre-rolls will be safe for your use.
Is it normal for my CBD to change color?
The color change is normal and can occur over time due to oxidation from the air.
Can I get a refund?
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen. See your local retailer you purchased from for details. Online orders are nonrefundable.
Delayed / Lost packages:
Over 99.9% of the time, our packages arrive on time with no delays. On occasion, a package will get lost in the mail, or arrive later than expected. Once we ship the item, your point of contact is the shipping courier. In most cases that is USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact USPS by calling 800-ASK-USPS and they are usually able to locate the package.
If you would like insurance please use Priority Mail which does come with $100 in insurance. Please note that the package must be more than 15 days late prior to filing a claim. If it has been more than 15 days and you do not have the package, please contact us and we will file the claim.
We are not responsible for any package being stolen off your doorstep or mailbox. We are not responsible if a package is stolen out of your mailbox or doorstep.
